Prawn & Chorizo Pasta

This super yummy dish takes 25 minute to prep, cook and serves 2.


• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 6 Cloves Garlic (sliced)
• 300g Jumbo King Prawns (raw)
• 1 Chorizo Ring
• 2 Whole Red Chillis
• Cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
• 400g Dried Linguini


  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan
  2. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for about 2 minutes
  3. Bring a large pan of water to the boil
  4. Add the prawns and chorizo, cooking on a high heat until they sizzle
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes
  6. While the prawn and chorizo are cooking, cook the pasta in the boiling water according to packet instructions- usually about 7 minutes
  7. Serve immediately in warm bowls with a green salad

    Voomfit Tip
    We’ve used linguini in this version, but any kind of pasta will do Fusilli also works great with this recipe.
